1.1 applicable conditions
Weihua crane explosion-proof overhead crane is suitable for workshop, warehouse and other working conditions with inflammable and explosive mixtures. It is used for lifting materials, installation and maintenance of equipment.
1.2 main structural features
Main structure: the whole machine of this equipment is mainly composed of bridge frame, cart operation and trolley electrical equipment.
This crane adopts the structure of double beam, double rail and single trolley.
The winch trolley of the crane is equipped with main and secondary lifting mechanisms, each of which adopts an independent transmission system.The main and secondary lifting mechanisms can not only independently complete lifting, but also cooperate to complete the work of the turnover equipment.
The equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the provisions of the explosion-proof standard JB/T 5897-2006, and the reasonable material and structure layout is adopted to ensure the crane running smoothly without impact, reducing collision between various mechanisms and avoiding sparks and other dangerous situations.
