(4). The accuracy of wheel tread diameter shall not be lower than h9 stipulated in gb1800-1804 "tolerance and cooperation", and the circle beat of the wheel reference end surface after assembly shall not be lower than 9 level in gb1182-1184.
(5) the tread and inner edge of the wheel shall not have defects affecting the working performance, and shall not be welded and repaired.
