Weihua crane HB wire rope electric hoist is used alone or in combination with explosion-proof main girders such as single beam, double beam of bottle gourd, door crane of bottle gourd, cantilever crane and so on. It is widely used for lifting equipment in places with combustible gas, explosive gas mixture formed by steam and air and combustible dust environment.The design concept of the electric hoist: light weight, strong stability, high safety factor, long mechanical life, all parts adopt modular design, easy to maintain.Simple structure, beautiful appearance and balanced size design.
Weihua crane HB type wire rope electric hoist can be divided into single and double speed, and the ratio of high and low speed is 1:10.Electric hoist can be divided into stationary type and operating type. Under stationary type (A2), electric hoist is often used with double beam of LHB type electric hoist.Running electric hoist can either make linear reciprocating motion in horizontal direction or curve motion in curved orbit.Working electric hoist can be used with LB electric single beam crane, LXB electric suspension crane, electric hoist portal crane, electric hoist semi-portal crane, cantilever crane and so on, forming a variety of hoist crane.The design and manufacture of electric hoist meet the standards of JB/ t9008.1-2004 "steel wire rope electric hoist" and JB/ t10222-1991 "explosion-proof wire rope electric hoist", and the flameproof performance conforms to the general requirements of gb3836.1-2000 "explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive gas environment" and the provisions of gb3836.2-2000 "explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive gas environment" -- explosion-proof "d".Working environment temperature is 20 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, - the atmospheric pressure is 0.08 ~ 0.11 Mpa, relative humidity 85% (25 ℃), the rated voltage is 380 v, rated frequency 50 hz or other.
