The bottom of main girder adopts special heat-insulation treatment with working environment temperature ﹣10℃~﹢60℃, and relative humidity ≤ 50%( 40℃). Design and manufacture meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc # (2007)375.
The supporting lifting mechanism of LDY type metallurgical electric single beam is YHII type metallurgical electric hoist.WEIHUA CRANE company independently developed electric hoist for metallurgical environment.Its working level is M6, which is mainly used to transport molten metal in metallurgical environment.Its main features are as follows:
The insulation grade of operating motor and lifting motor of electric hoist is H, and the protection grade is IP54.Electric hoist adopts dual braking structure.Special wire rope is used for steel wire rope.The working level of ordinary CD/MD gourd is M4, which is mainly used for ordinary lifting occasions.Compared with CD/MD gourd, YH metallurgical electric hoist has been greatly improved in terms of safety and working level.
