WEIHUA CRANE,Model LX electric suspension crane is designed according to gb3811-2008 "crane design specification" and JB/ t2603-2008 "electric suspension crane" standard. It is the workshop lifting equipment used with CD1, MD1 and other types of electric hoist, widely used in machining, assembly, repair, warehouse and other work occasions.It is an important tool and equipment to realize mechanization and automation of production process, reduce heavy manual labor and improve labor productivity in modern industrial enterprises.My company has 22 years of electric suspension crane design and production history, in the electric suspension crane design and production has accumulated rich experience, can be designed to adapt to various working conditions of non-standard electric suspension crane.

The crane operation mechanism USES the drive form separately, the drive, the brake relies on the conical rotor motor to complete, the drive USES "one opens two closes" the type gear drive.
Crane operation mode can be selected as ground operation and remote control operation according to specific conditions.The ground operating speed is generally 20 m/min and 30 m/min.The running speed of remote control operation is determined by the user according to the actual needs, generally no more than 45 m/min.Crane running speed can also be designed into double speed and frequency conversion speed regulation, if the user needs, should be noted in the order contract.

Short circuit protection
Automatic air switch is set in the main power circuit to protect the crane from short circuit.The control circuit sets small capacity automatic air switch as short circuit protection.
Loss of pressure protection
The circuit structure has the function of voltage loss protection. When power supply is restored after power failure, the crane must press the start button again to run again.
Emergency cut-off switch
The crane is equipped with a red mushroom head type rotary reset emergency power switch, which is used to cut off the total power supply and control loop of the crane in case of emergency.The emergency power off switch is installed in a convenient place for personnel to operate.
Overload limiter
When the load reaches 90% of the rated lifting weight, the overload limiter will send out a suggestive alarm signal. When the load reaches 110% of the rated lifting weight, immediately cut off the lifting power supply and send out a prohibitive alarm signal.The sensor of overload limiter has the characteristics of damp proof and seismic resistance, and the sensor and the control box are integrated, which can reduce the interference of sensor signal.

The lifting mechanism is equipped with an ascending and descending fire-breaking limiter, which ACTS as the limiting switch of the lifting mechanism's lifting range and also has the protective effect against the adhesion of the controller.
The mechanism of the cart is provided with an operating limit limiter.It is composed of travel limit switch and safety ruler, travel limit switch is installed on the crane, the safety ruler is installed on the rail beam or wall and does not hinder the crane operation place, to ensure the crane operation in the safe range.
The comprehensive protector in the circuit system of the crane has the protection functions of phase break, wrong phase, overvoltage and undervoltage. When the above four situations happen, the total power supply of the crane will be cut off automatically to prevent personnel injury and equipment damage.
