4.1 bridge

The main stress component material of the main beam is q235-b (or q345-b), and the minimum plate thickness is not less than 6mm.
Transverse butt welding seam of cover plate and web of main girder and end girder, joint seam between web plate and cover plate shall be submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding. After welding, the welding seam shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 14405-1993 "general bridge crane".
The camber of the main beam is (1 ~ 1.4) S/1000, and the maximum camber position is controlled within 1/10 of the middle span.
The trolley track adopts the whole track which welded the joint into one to ensure the trolley running well.
The end beam is box structure and the end beam and the main beam are rigidly connected.In order to facilitate transportation, the end beam shall be disconnected, and the end beam shall be connected with high-strength bolts. Reaming bolts shall be used for positioning on each connecting plate, and the positioning registration mark shall be made at the factory.
The tread of the platform of the bridge frame is made of anti-slip steel plate with a thickness of 3mm.
Balustrades with a height of 1050mm are set on the channel of the bridge frame.
