The four gantry cranes designed and manufactured by weihua crane for xi 'an railway bureau are specially used for the combined lifting and transportation of high-speed railway tracks.The control system adopts Siemens 1500PLC and schneider ATV71 frequency converter, four cranes are a group, and the combined hoisting single 100m long track can realize centralized control and sub-control functions, which are unified controlled by the general operating platform and remote control, and can also be operated separately in the cab.
1. Adopt PROFINET bus control mode and collect lifting information of the other three cranes to one crane control through wireless control technology.When any crane failure, other cranes can automatically stop working.At the same time, the control system has sound and light alarm, fault diagnosis, intelligent monitoring and other functions, easy to troubleshoot, shorten the maintenance time.
2. Soft connection is adopted between the four cranes. Absolute value encoder is used to control the synchronous operation of the cart driving system.
3. The synchronous running of crane trolley adopts gray bus memory positioning, and the running error within 20m is no more than 3mm.
4. The electronic control system of the crane is equipped with a special database, which can be used to record the operation status of the equipment in real time, calculate the safe working cycle of the lifting mechanism and the cumulative times of overload, etc.
The system is safe and reliable, and can effectively guarantee the orderly operation of the rail welding base in the case of heavy workload and urgent task in the project site.
